These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YogiTree Hotels website and your bookings with our properties. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates shown are per room, per night, and may vary by date, season and demand. Applicable taxes may be added at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation from us.

Please ensure the details you provide at the time of booking are accurate. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on each property's page. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests, in line with local regulations.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Razorpay. We accept the payment methods offered by Razorpay, which may include UPI, cards, net banking and wallets.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on this website.

We ask all guests to respect the property, our staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay in cases of unlawful or unreasonable behaviour. ⚠ TBD: confirm any specific house rules (smoking, pets, visitors, quiet hours).

We take care to provide accurate information on this website, but we do not guarantee it is always complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or your stay.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
